Turbonetics pedestal up-pipe bolts

Anyone here have a t-4 turbonetics pedestal with the gate on the back?

does it use stock up-pipe bolts (10x1.5)? the stock bolts just don't want to go in without it starting to eat the threads and before I run a tap in there to chase the threads I want to make sure they are for stock up-pipe bolts.

I bought this pedestal off of another member here and it looks to be a nice piece minus the bolt holes being mucked up. I ended up using a 1.25" spacer to get the top charger sitting where I liked it.
