what will make the turbo spool alot faster at low rpm? the ppe boost valve?

What kind of tuning are you running? A boost valve might get you higher boost, but I doubt you'll notice anything much down low. Do you already have an exhaust? Other ideas are superdiesel's intake horn and a turbo blanket. If you have any mods done to the truck put them in your signature to get more specific answers.

turbo blanket , tuning , high flow feed pipe , looser converter all help greatly , choose how much you want to spend . tuning and turbo blanket would be a good start .

tuning and an sd intake horn will help alot, a ppe boost valve is a good investment but wont give you better spool.

I can tell you the SD horn is probably one of the best mods you can do to help in spooling . Do you guys think the blanket really helps much???? I have heard good and bad on this .

The biggest thing is the tuning, after that start going through all of the other suggestions.
