We need a new turbo reman facility. I like to keep at least one he351 ready to go. Normally ship cores out once they're removed and get a fresh one back within couple weeks. Anyone work with someone good?

Member zfaylor on CompD does that sort of thing. His company is called North American Turbo. I have never used his services but looks like he's a stand-up guy (based on his posts and conduct on CompD) and no poor remarks about him over there. Couldn't hurt to chat with him and feel him out I wouldn't imagine. :thumb:
Family run company local to me that I've used for many years. Top notch quality and customer service. Gas or diesel, OEM or aftermarket they are a great option.

Sending one core for them to reman. Shipping is expensive for us being in PA but their reman base price is cheaper than Fayler @ North American Turbo. I talked to him today and he def seems the more knowedgeable on the two. Will be sending him a core as well. Says his turnaround is 1-2 days.

I'm pretty sure Flora's diesel here in Utica does turbos, but no idea if they'd be willing to do an exchange deal.
Comp did one for us. Functions fine other than no xhaust brake. I didn't like his approach when I called to run ideas by him about the ongoing issue. So I sent one to Zach @ north American turbo and he just called me with the results. And I'll say we hit the jackpot with him. Great guy to deal with, tells you he truth and doesn't cut corners.
It wouldn't matter what he used for a tow truck. The truck on the trailer makes you not even notice what's hooked to it.
