I'm currently looking at performing upgrades in a sequenced order I'm looking to swap my factory turbo in both my trucks and then swap out parts according I'm looking at performing a 71.5mm cheetah swap on my LBZ and the stealth 64 IHI swap from duramaxtuner on my wife's LB7 I'm looking for advise to select the driver side intercooler pipe on my LBZ I'm curious what options are out there I see that HSP offers a 3in pipe that rids the 90deg boot on the intercooler and replaces it with a straight coupler to reduce the chance of blown off boots are any of yall running this pipe if so how do you like the fitment and does anyone have a white powdercoated one so I can see what it looks like I like the DTS 3in stainless pipe I have on my wife's truck but I'm looking for different options to clean up the engine bay and make for a clean factory look but with the power hidden from view my other mods included maybe but not limited to a DHD full early version LBZ EGR Delete with lb7 up-pipe and a bills 5in LBZ CAI (sky white) I'm open to options but I pefer clean looking parts not welded together sections thanks in advance have a great day and God bless

A good friend ran a danville 72 on his lbz for a year with a banks driver side tube. Believe it or not banks is the cheapest tube. It doesn't get rid of the bent boot at the bottom, but i have built intercooler pipes for a truck that has a 475 and makes 60psi with 2xcp3 and 100%s and never had an issue with the boot blowing.
