turbo oil leak

recently looking around i noticed some oil that has seemed to have been blown into the intercooler tubing. now this is just a small amount, like in the first few inches of the inter cooler tubing, then the tube is clear and looks normal. is this an abnormally large amount of oil blow by, or normal?

It's not normal but every intercooler pipe ive pulled on an lb7 I've seen it. There is a seal that is going bad but for the life of me I cannot remember what one
