Turbo noise problem

Yesterday I was getting on it and the turbo surged and then after that the turbo was making a weird noise. Almost like a hair dryer type noise. Hard to explain. It's almost like a faint buzzing type noise. It's definitely the turbo though. Once it really spools then it sounds more normal. Any ideas guys? Input is much appreciated. Btw it's an lly

Anyway to post a video up of it to hear exactly what it's doing?!
