LBZ: Tuning with V1

Tuning a LBZ with V1?

I currently am using V1 to tune my LB7 with no problems.

A friend of mine asked me if I could get him a tow tune for his LBZ. I remeber a few years back V1 could not tune LBZ's.


So my question is, Can I tune a LBZ with V1?

Nope V1 cannot communicate with LBZ+

V1 doesn't have the circuit board capability to communicate via CAN which is what LBZ's use - V1 was designed in 1999 or 2000 prior to the CAN bus being used by GM for tuning. Unfortuantely the only way to tune an LBZ is to upgrade to V2.
