I need some help with my tune. Im lost and im not the best anyway. I dont have alot of cash but can give someone a few bucks to help me out. Im running a old tune that i scripted over from my 01 reg cab to my 01 crew cab. For some reason at WOT my rail pressure is falling to 12-13K and the main injection on time is 3800-4000us :confused: Can someone give me a hand? I have a few logs also but dont know how to post them. PM me and i will send you the logs/tune or give me things to check please...Thank you!

Id back that pulse down alot. Try backing it down to 3000us for a max and see how it goes. You can send me the tune and I can adjust things for you if you'd like also. [email protected]

Well then Id use the stock tune that came with the truck and go through it manually instead of scripting it and see if that works for you.

never mind. I uploaded the PPE350 tune i had and it hold around 16K. If i command 160MPA at idle it will only hold 16K so i dont know if it is a CP3, injector, or the FPRV. All my balance rates are +-2 at idle and +-3 in drive.

i hope. Im going to check the FPRV. It holds rail pressure fine up to 100 MPA then it wont hold any higher. My lift pump holds 6 PSI at WOT still.
