I'm having a problem getting part throttle rattle out in my truck, I've been tuning it myself since day one and never had this problem unti lthe new motor that is only 15.5:1, any clues ? do I actually need more timing ?

not really, some bought tunes i've seen in friends trucks rattle worse than this, i just don't want to be hurting it anyone is welcome to look at it and tell me what they think, power is more than i could ask for considering i'm still running stock injectors, just trying to get the driveability better

I would like to see what you did? As for pressure I would keep it the same for now

this is a issue at 18-2400 rpm?

I won't be home for a while though, but I know you just need minor tweaking.

Some people need to remove time some need to add ? Every truck is different

best to just call and I'll try to help,I ain't a great tuner but I do understand the tables;)

little update, truck now has 80% over injectors and i've been battling this rattle all along, jeff toman sent me a base tune to start with and i've played with it in almost every area. i finally found a good compromise from a few tables:
tbiq, max injected fuel quantity, and pilot quantity,
i got it to a point that when the truck was cold i noticed very little rattle so i did a few logs and tried to watch what changed as the truck warmed up.
what i found was the pilot inj quantity was higher because of its ect multiplier and right at the point it was dropping is where the rattle was coming in.
i raised the quantity a bit and the rattle is all but gone.
i'm going to play with the main inj timing a little bit to get a little better mileage
just thought this might help anyone with a similar issue
