You also will notice pressure differences depending on what filter setup your running. When GM changed filters to a finer screen I dropped 1/1.5 PSI. With a Cat Filter and the original OEM filter I was seeing 7+ PSI with dual Kennedy pumps. Now I'm seeing around 6 PSI give or take.

One pushing through the Cat filter one pulling.

I only run a single TTS pump through 2 fuel filters (oem and nicktane) and havent had any issues with low rail pressure and 550+ dyno's. I do know that their a flow through pump too :)

I have Kennedy pumps with his Baldwin filter. I don't run a stock filter and I run my ficm dry. I see 11 psi at the test port on my mechanical gauge.

Alright, thanks guys.. The reason I was asking is I just bought a raptor 150 and was going to run it on my 86 C30 chevy cummins tow rig but read somewhere that TTS was good for about 600 hp and the raptor was good for around 800 hp... so I figured id just swap them.. but my only concern was that if the TTS had more then 15psi at idle or full throttle I would blow out my seal on my VE injection pump... Also just wanted to say ive learned more here over night then I have on a certain other "cummins" fourm in three weeks. Those guys just don't seem to know or don't want to share info...if I had the cash I'd rather have a dmax in my tow rig, but Thanks again guys and if I might be missing something trying to run that TTS on an older truck just let me know thanks.

Interesting do you have any ideas how much it was prior to running your FICM dry? Do you drive it daily with no fluid through your FICM?

That Baldwin filter brings up many memory's. Basically it got me booted from the Diesel Page and the start of the Diesel Place.

I have my TTS pumps wired so both run at the same time (instead of one turning on later when the boost comes up), and I see right at 7 to 8 PSI after the fuel filter at idle. It drops to about 5 to 6 with a big tune and the pedal to the floor.

How do you have it wire for both at the same time? Both hots to the same power source? Sorry but electrical isn't really my thing. But I'm learning.

The controller that comes with the pumps triggers the ground side, so I just tied both ground wires together.

Both mine run all the time and before I ran the ficm dry and deleted the factory filers I saw about 9 psi but at WOT it would drop to about 4 or 5. Now with the factory filter gone and the ficm dry I see 11 psi at idle and 7 to 8 at WOT. I don't daily drive my truck but the other day I drove around 300 miles and my ficm was cool enough that I could hold my hand on it. I could never do that before. It was well worth relocating it to the pass side fender. I switched to the Baldwin filter since the filter that comes with the kit doesn't have a water separator. I'm also thinking about adding a third pump to my setup.
