Oh man LOL.... turn signals come on when the brakes are applied? Sounds like someone wired your truck up for a prank, not a lift pump install! LOL sorry....

You must have tapped some wrong wires perhaps? Not familiar with the TTS but all I can say is go over your wiring diagram and check every wire, esp any that were tapped into the stock wiring. Make sure the wire locations are correct. Good luck!

wiring guessing game goes on

thanks man, i have tried everything i know of. whats really weird is it quit on test drive so i drove it back into shop, put on the covers and cranked it back up and it started again signal don't work while brake pressed in, back up light don't work so there must be a short somewhere, the good news is there is only about 100 wires to check lol!! lol!!! if anybody knows where to start let me know

thanks

wiring i've done

installed tts pumps and they are working
tapped into following wires
-boost sender wire(light green
-oil sender wire(white/tan)
-ignition wire(pink)
-hot terminal
-ground
tapped in two other wires but taped them back up good(light green)once i realized they were the wrong ones, now these wires are all right there beside the fuse box under hood comin from the two big plugs where you would plug in an edge tuner. what gets me is usually when you undo stuff and tape everything up it goes back to normal operation i did that before i proceeded with the install and no change. what i am thinking is somewhere there was a loose connection and when i was in there moving wires around it started not neccessary the wires i was working with, but what plugs/wires are there tied into the brakes in that area i guess thats the big question, again the pumps are now working properly -the two turn signal arrows in mirrors come on faint when brakes applied along with the dash turn arrows, signal lights quit working when brake applied, kind of like when hazards are on and you apply the brakes i guess that about sums it up if you need more let me know!!!!

thanks!

The next step needs to be to remove the entire system from the truck and make it back to how it was a week ago or so. See if the problem is still there. If it is - take it to the dealer. If not - reinstall.

good news!!!!!!

found the problem. i took the tank off to install the pumps therefore removed ground wire from the filler neck, thanks for the "check all your ground wire advice" double checked it and found a ground wire hanging which was from my 5th wheel light harness that i must have over looked when connecting the the filler neck ground, again thanks for the help!!!!

ps. sometimes thats all it takes to jog your memory hearing it from someone else

clarence:)
