I was told by ARP that they make 2 different Head stud kits for the max. The "2000" set that sells for between $500.00 and $700.00. The "custom age +625" set for around $2000.00(Obviously the cheaper set stretches, hence they made a better grade).
Then there is the TTS set that sells for around $1200-$1300.Huckstorf diesel had a nice write up about all three. They had good things to say about the TTS set.

Honestly I would go with ARP studs hands down. The R&R that ARP has put into there design can't be touched by TTS. The ARP 625 studs can be had for a lot less than 2000$.

So I understand this, TTS and ATS sell studs that are of a strength that is between the cheap and expensive ARP studs?

SBCNX20 - that is for the ARP studs part # 230-4201 which can be had from many vendors here (including us) for $650. The more expensive ones being refered to are part # 230-4202 which can be bought from Jegs for $1504.99.

What is recomended TQ spec on those studs? Is it more than normal ARPS

It was 140 ft lb, and same again after 1 day standing iirc.
For me it have been working very good so far.
Standard ARP studs lift heads with milder turbos and tunes in same km´s.
