He's pro-something. I'm sorry, I'm completely ignorant about the naming convention of drag racing. He's not in the class w/ the tube chassis trucks. One step below that. Same as Rob's Max'd Out truck I believe.

Whats the difference in Prostreet and Prostock? Chassis limitations and weight? Prostreet is >4500lbs?

The 10.50 class seems like it'd be a fun class.

In the index classes, you can run any type of vehicle (back-halfed, engine swap vehicles, etc.) as long as you meet safety requirements for the ET & MPH and don't break out, right? Do they have rules against delay boxes and that sort of thing that the gas guys use to run so dang close to the index time? it just seems most of the time the races are .2-.5 tenths off of the index ET except in the 12.0 class. That one is usually tight from what I've seen.

The TS rules are their own set-up.

The NHRDA has a set of rules also that most run off of.

Pro Stock is a full race chassis with very few restrictions. 2350lb min.

Pro Street, some stock frame needed, but can be back halfed, full race trans/clutches allowed(lenco, danco, etc) 4500lbs min.

Super Street, stock frame, stock leaf spring suspension, dot tires, factory style diesel trans. 6000lbs min.

Max'd out was built as a SS truck and meets those rules, but we also compete in Pro Street as it runs well enough to be competitive (not competitive against Seth though)

Had problem and yes it exploded the flywheel! It was on a good pass but like all this year it just can't find the end of the track under power. It had good early numbers with a 1.11 sixty and a 3.08 330' and a 4.78 1/8. It should have been a low 7.40 pass but only run a coasting 7.94 at 126 when it run 148 in the 1/8 th. I'm real happy with the power the motor makes now with the new SoCal cam and springs that fixed the miss in the motor. Power is good everything else is not liking it! lol The motor like the rev now and is hurting driveline parts. We will get it and I promise it will run low 7's. It's still not turned up anywhere near what I run in the white truck so i'm happy with that. I need to get it apart and see if it hurt the motor when it broke at full song! It hurt the lower chassis tube broke the SFI bell, cut the on/off cable, shifter cable, starter, bell housing on block(flywheel went through it and dumped the water) and the rear main seal was on top of the tranny some how. I would like to thank all the fine people at Powerflow. Guy at SoCal for getting the motor to RPM Fleece for a turbo that just keeps hanging in there and making good power with a single. Fuel Lab pumps, Isspro Gauges, NyTrex nitrous and everyone else who have helped me get to were it's at. I hope to have it ready for Indy but now I need to go see my other sponsor (visa/master card) to see if we can get it done!!! LOL Thanks Jeff P.S. I wish I had more time to talk to everyone but it was a bad weekend all around. I had to pay $800 just to get a tire on the motorhome on the way home that blew out. It just didn't stop all weekend!

Damn Jeff, hate to hear you had issues with the Motorhome on the way home. Thankfully we had no issues on our way back! Let me know if you need me to push the sponsorship through to help cover the cost of this weekend. I know one thing, when that dragster lays a 7.3x pass and you continue to turn the wick up, with CLEAN passes, and CONSISTANT passes, you'll put more fear into John and the boys at Scheid!
