I know it's not a 10.5 but the truck ran consistent all day and I went 5 rds to win 10.5 index. TS put on a great event.....Huge shout out to Fleece Performance which were spot on with the setup, and it makes you feel good when it runs multiple passes within .1 of each other....

There were a couple trucks that were spot on but ended up breaking. The Stainless Diesel truck and another commonrail dodge ran consistent all day.

The blue rclb common rail? That was Derek rose's truck. If only he wouldn't of blew that bung out of his piping on his last run he would of versed you in the finals. it would of been a close race between you too.

That truck went 10.2 at a local strip and still has more.

Congrats on your win though :thumb: nice to see a dmax take 1st

All and all it was a feat in itself. My moto More with Less. Stock shocks, stock heads, manifolds, nothing fancy in the build. But I will say Fleece makes a hellva charger, and tuning is top notch. My Allison still seems pretty happy so we might push it and see how low we can go with another hairdryer or some NOS!!!

That's the deal, to win you have to go rounds, the woulda-coulda stuff doesn't cut it. Just because a truck runs a 10.5 once and probably with good conditions doesn't mean it will will hold up to the rigers of 4 or 5 rounds. I see this class going mostly like PS and SS for that matter, lots of carnage and lots of single passes just breaking the beams and backing out. That is boring as hell to watch. Max'd Out as alway been able to to way quicker than it does at most races. Rob only ran it hard enough to win. Look as all the times Wade Mintor and Tory have tried to break his record and failed to back it up due to breaking. The trucks that say they run 10.5 are mostly the very quick street trucks. I don't think you will have a street truck at 6500 lbs plus survive very long at 10.5. They would be better off at 10.9 and you might have something.:woott:
