I need to get 5" higher then the receiver. I found an ajustable hitch on pullingproducts.com http://www.pullingproducts.com/pulling/m/AdjustableSledHitch.aspx
And this is something similar to what im looking for And if this is the route is there any where that has them cheaper??

Intentions- 7 local pulls a year on with a -+500hp

Would like to go with an adjustable hitch just to make things easier but would it be much more affective to build something coming out of the lic plate hole in the bumper or is the adjustable hitch the same concept similar advantage as far competition???

Thanks for the help

I have a bigchevyhitch too but I cut those sled stops wayyy down lol. Only thing I don't like about the hitch is where they stops are. They look funny to me, not near the frame rails. I also have a pullingproducts hitch

I bought it for our min van so the cargo carrier wouldn't be so low to the ground, but I ended up doing some fabricating and welding on the carrier and now have no need for that hitch. All it is for is if you want to pull a trailer and put a bike holder in the top slot. It is actually pretty beefy, but I suppose with the weight of the sled it would probably snap some welds!
