For those of you who have been following my other thread about the rebuilder I bought a few months back then you might be some what up to speed. Well I am having another issue I just can't seem to fiqure out.

I have an issue where the truck will sometimes start but then not run for very long. It seems like if I let the truck sit over night it will start back up and then die shortly after. I originally thought it was losing prime but that is not the case. The fuel stays primed with no problems at this point so I have ruled that out.
Well today I went out to mess with it and after playing around with the wire harness, ECM and fuse box I started to hear clicking. So I feel around to all the relays and the only one that was showing "activity" was the IGN 1 relay. I also at the same time put my hand on the glow plug controller and it too was clicking. I pulled the relay and it stopped. I put it back in and it clicked again. So I started chasing wires down looking for a broken wire or a smased wire. I looked over the specs that are posted here and I have found that the yellow wire from the red/clear ECM connector pin number 6 to engine bale connector would cause the truck to die if I wiggled it. So I took the pins out of both connectors and made sure they were ok, which they are. I notice that on the dash cluster if the WTS light doesn't come on the truck won't start however if the WTS light comes on then it willl normally start. I know that this pin #6 is directly related to my WTS light because that is the only wire I touch and it will make the WTS light go on and off. So now at this point the IGN 1 relay doesn't click out of control so that issue should be fixed but I don't know. Note: no blown fuses
I have stripped all the conveluted tubing off along with the tape and cannot find any damaged wires.
Whatever my issue is it clearly is related to electrical problems, this is not a fuel problem.
Any ideas?
