truck smokes at idel

i just notice today that after i got home from work my truck was smoking a little not to much but a noticable amount. is this normal im used to my old 350 smokin whan leeting it cool down but not this truck. should i be concerned?

My LBZ smokes Blue at idle sometimes if I put it to work hard. If it's white badnews for you man. As stated above check your coolant level

whats the status of your pcv and egr? pop off the boot coming off the turbo and have a look for excessive oil.

the smoke is very light blue and if i rev the truck it comes out darker blue almost black

Any programing done to it? Is your oil milky?

check your balance rates asap and open the oil fill and smell for diesel, your injectors may be on the way out. if they are get them warrantied before they burn a hole in your pistons or fill your crankcase full of fuel.

hunterdon county about a hour and a half south of you. it has about 82000 on it

injectors are still under warranty just get to a dealer and check the balance rates asap

That is a number referencing if the injectors are working equally. It is veiwed while at hot idle in gear with a/c on etc. With engine loaded at idle. If less than a 4 to 5 number difference they would be ok.
