Has anyone shipped a truck with any success? I am trying to get a truck shipped from Virginia beach to Arizona.

Thanks!

I bought mine used from a Dealer down in Virginia and had it shipped to Connecticut. It arrived in perfect shape... but I would't say it was a smooth transaction. They said it would be to me in a week. The Carrier trucking company picked it up from the dealer and dropped off in their lot and then their car hauler broke down. They continued to tell me and the dealer it was on the way, for nearly a week... after calling daily and checking in the Trucking Carrier finally fessed up to the dealer and said his Big Rig's been broken down and my truck was still at his lot in Virginia. I took days off work to wait for the delivery because I was being told that it would arrive Tuesday... or it will arrive tomorrow. Soo pissed off I told the dealer I really don't even want the truck now, It's been 10 days of you promising and I still don't have my truck!!! So I told them to eat the shipping cost... and they did!! They found a different carrier (which I met and liked) and he had it to me in 3 days.

Oh and the shipping cost was $350 anywhere in U.S. - but that's probably because I bought something from them. I can find the name of the final Guy who delivered. He's outsourced and not associated with the dealer I bought from.

I shipped my truck from Florida to my house just north of Pittsburgh when it cracked a piston. I called a couple of shipping brokers and they found a guy with a Kodiak and car hauler to bring it up. It was $950 and 1050 miles.

If you find the guy's name let me know. Not concerned with the price as much as whether or not they are honest and reliable drivers. Thanks for the help. Sorry you had to go through that hassle, i know the feeling haha.

I have his info on the delivery confirmation receipt at my house. I'm at work now. Will search for it when I get home and let you know. I even got a pic of the guy taking my truck off the carrier haha! He was actually supposed to go deliver to a dealer first about 30 mins from my house.... I told him the whole story and how I was itching to take the truck on a trip to a wedding that afternoon... he changed his route to specifically deliver to me first.

OK I found the info... The Transport company was out of Texas.

Caneal Transport, LLC
1737 Bearwood Ln
Tyler, TX 75703
phone 903-520-1801
fax 281-674-8497

Drivers name is A. Moore. Sorry don't have his first name listed. And it cost the dealer $500 for the Transport company to ship from Virginia to CT.

GOOD LUCK!
