Just wondering how much completely parting out a truck would be worth? We're talking interior, exterior, drive train, engine, steering, suspension, turbo, injectors. Assume there are no aftermarket parts on the truck like lift pumps or intakes.

It all depends on how many good parts you have, what condition (miles), and who needs what. All that will factor into how much and how quickly you can unload parts.
That being said, you can probably get a few grand for the drivetrain alone.
