Too much govt' intervention there. Should be laughed out of court. I'm more offended by bull hauler stacks.
That is ridiculous. Like the article said, you could see the real thing alongside a road all over the country. Are they going to ban animal nudity next?!?

I hope the lady wins in SC as well.
I hope that it goes to the SC state supreme court so that the law can be clarified and or struck down.
If the lady wins then the police officer should then be sued in civil court for violating her first amendment right and make sure the officer pays and not the police dept paying the settlement, just to send a msg about trying to determine what is offensive or not.
Make the terms of the settlement some money and community service hours off duty and unpaid and then donate the money to a local charity like the red cross chapter just to really make a point and oh let him pay all the fees involved as well. :thumb:

I think they're dumb, but in no way do I think they should be outlawed. They're generally good for a laugh because they're usually hanging from the back of a half ton gasser so the owner is 'compensating'.
Pretty sure we have this thing called freedom of speech, and pretty sure that covers freedom of expression.... this country is way too much of a nanny state, heading to the point of not even being allowed to think for yourself.
