I have a stock 08. I noticed the truck slowly having a harder time turning over. It seems like it cranks just as good as it always has, it just seems to keep taking a little longer to turn over. Any ideas what this can be?

Check your battery connections first. I had a loose ground and had a similar problem.

"turning over" and "cranking" are the exact same thing.

Im not sure what you mean by "it cranks fine but its having a hard time turning over". That makes no sense?

Is it turning over slower, or is it turning over longer before it fires off? I know some trucks pop right off while others take a few seconds. Mine is one that takes about 2 seconds of cranking to pop off. Has always been this way except for when I had bad injectors(it actually cranked nearly instantly with bad injectors).

I agree. With a bad battery mine cranked slower but still fired within a couple seconds. New battery it cranks fast but still takes a couple seconds to start.

Start with easy stuff first. Log rail pressure if possible. Change fuel filter. Check for fuel leaks
