Truck dying every 2 minutes

My truck starts and runs for about 2 minutes and then dies, I've tried it over a dozen times and it is almost exactly 2 minutes every time that it dies. When it dies it shows DTC P1626 "theft deterrent start / fuel enable signal lost". Truck runs and starts fine, just straight up dies like I shut off the key. I've tried driving it around some in the barnyard and it keeps dying intermittently.

Here are the recent events leading up to this that may or may not have anything to do with it:
-Disconnected batteries for 2 months and installed new turbo.
-Had to do passlock reset to get truck to start. (DTC P1631)
-truck ran good except it felt like i was losing fuel on my big tune
-read tune from ECM with EFI Live and it showed a wierd BCC and VIN (bunch of symbols)
-tried to load a new tune and it said my ECM wasn't licensed
-truck died and smelled fuel bad driving one day, popped hood and found that the head of plastic bleeder screw on the fuel filter housing had blown off and coated everything under the hood with #2
-replaced bleeder screw and truck ran fine for a few days
-truck still ran fine until it was real cold one morning and my lift pump didn't turn on and blew the fuse (suspected thick fuel/pump froze)
-truck ran ok but was starved for fuel abouve 2K RPMs as can be expected with a PPE pump, drove 16 miles to work no problem
-Still really cold (single digits all day) and truck was really starving for fuel and died probably 25 times on the way home, felt and sounded like it was starving for fuel at anything off of an idle and sometimes at idle.
-replaced lift pump fuse-wouldn't turn on, thawed out pump with heat lamp and then pump kicked on
-truck died intermittently after this (just around the barnyard)
-did some troubleshooting with EFI Live and they determined that my ECM had changed serial numbers and I had to get a new license for it.
-loaded stock tune, truck still died intermittently
-tried a new DSP5 tune and a few others and the truck consistently dies now almost exactly every two minutes. Checked codes and it is throwing DTC P1626 afterwards
-bled fuel filter numerous times, lift pump will spray fuel out the bleeder
-changed fuel filter
-disabled P1626 and Anti-theft with EFI Live (of course it doesn't show the code now, but it is doing the same thing)
-added 10oz Power Service
-put in heated garage for a few hours
-Still dying every 2 minutes

you have air/ice/gel in the fuel system. or when you did the turbo swap, you punctured the old rotting fuel lines (with the wiring harness clips) that go from the ficm to the fuel filter head. ask me how i know:spit:

I was thinking gel/ice originally, it is just wierd that it is almost 2 minutes exactly every time it shuts off and it doesn't sound like it is choking or anything before it shuts off. And then that code I was getting about the theft deterrent fuel enable signal lost (P1626). I'm leaving the truck in the garage tonight which will stay about 40-50 degrees. I will go through a couple cycles tomorrow and see if it is any better. I'm not sure how long it will take to get the Power Service mixed in since I had to add it to a full tank. I let the lift pump run for a while with the truck off and checked for leaks around the fuel filter / ficm/ and what I could see around the CP3.

Problem Solved. I had the "gremlin" DSP5 OS in it. I flashed in a different OS and it runs fine. I first had the fuel problem then got it taken care of only to run into the new OS problem. Thanks for the tip Brayden. Now hopefully I can finally get some logs to send you to see what is happening with my fueling issue on the big tune.

I recommend full flashing in the stock tune if there are ever drivabilty problems. I've seen some weird things happen even if the OS has been working for a while. Easy thing to test.
