My truck cuts fuel off like some kind of limp mode, my gauges take about 30 seconds to "wake up" and I have no engine light, I do have a few codes c0550 ecu performance, and one code is for rear wheel sensors and a code for each of the front wheel sensors, do I possibly have a bad tcm or ebcm? My abs works fine

I only ask because the sleepy gauge issue is often caused by bad batteries.

dmaxbowtie,
What ended up being the issue with your truck? I have a truck that is in some sort of limp mode (fueling cuts out at 2200 rpm) and the only code is C0550 (Engine Control Unit Performance) coming from the Engine Brake Control Module according to EFI Live scantool. The limp mode seems to be there instantly upon startup (ie. not a low fuel pressure issue but likely electrical). In searching yours is the only case that I have found where a C0550 code was accompanied with a fuel derate / limp mode. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.
