Truck act like its running out of fuel every now and then. And sometimes while driving or at idle the FRP jumps 2-3k psi. Insight shows desired FRP and FRP the same. When it acts like its running out of fuel both gauges still match. Press throttle more and nothing then all the sudden it comes up to where it should be. Just changed fuels filter(cat 2 micron) about 2500 miles ago. Balance rates on injectors checks out good #4injector is 5.0 in Park but seems ok. Anyone had this problem. Thanks for the input.
