I have a buddy that is selling his truck along with his v2. He has a spare liscense that he was going to give me before he sold the truck so I could tune my 06. Is there anyway to transfer a liscense to my v2?

As everyone has pointed out, licenses are attached to the FlashScan unit, and cannot move between FlashScan's. You'll need to purchase another license for your V2.
