The transfercase in my 06 leaks pretty bad, it looks like it comes out from around the yoke, the entire transfercase is wet, but the under side of the truck is dry except the crossmember under it. Any ideas? Previous owner states the seal was just changed.

Have you ruled out pump rub? I have heard of some cases where the top of the case wears through. Not an expert, but perhaps someone here is. Mike L might have some insight.
Also the output shaft bushing could be worn causing it to leak. Mine is leaking also due to that. Never drips while it's parked, just sling fluid out while driving

They didn't change the transfer case till 07.5 in the new body style so an 06 could still have pump run issues

The yoke bushing I'm sure is worn out. Lay under the truck and push up on the drive shaft just behind the yoke and see how much play it has. Even a brand new seal won't stop the leak if the bushing is too worn out.
I have a 06 with some play in the driveshaft yoke bushing. Can the bushing be changed on the truck without pulling the transfer case? Where is best place to get the right part? My dealer is horrible on getting the right part the first couple of times.

I got my TCase parts through Steve@ssdieseltuning, he is a supporting vendor here who can sell anything on Merchant Autos site
Take the TCase out to have the bushing pressed in
The slip yolk itself may also have some wear necessitating replacement. Better to do all three items at once to nail it IMO.
Here is a link to one of my threads with pics showing a worn vs new slip yolk. I ended up replacing the output seal, bushing, and slip yolk and she's dry still

99% sure my rear yoke bushing is toast, nice bit of play in the yoke itself. If I had the bushing that dbushlb7 posted along with this seal kit

The only thing missing from that kit you may want to look at is the slip yolk itself to make sure it isn't worn! Then I would think you'll be good to go. While it can't hurt to do those front seals too, my gut tells me you might not need some of the stuff in that kit. Can't hurt though!
Truck has 80k on it so I'm a little ticked it needs any of this stuff lol but for $60 and piece of mind I'll just do it anyway.
My '02 is going to Imler in Sacramento tomorrow for repair. This is a common/well known problem according to them.

I did the pump rub and rear output bushing and seal on mine with 150k on the truck. Bushing had a slight play and the pump rub had started but no major damage.
