I had a problem like this with mine after they build it from a core it was in the rear of the trans and was the planetary gear. It sound like straight cut gears. So they just rebuild my core and put it back in my truck.

Any input guys? Is it maybe the converter? I crawled under the truck again and it really sounds like the noise is from the converter I just want to be sure befor I pull the Trans down. I don't want to pull it put the new converter in and have the noise still be there any help on this matter would be great
