ok so the subject is a 6 spd Allison in a 07 GMC Sierra Classic. Truck runs VERY well and should go 6s but we've hit a bump with this trans.
At Indy it lost the 3yo 1057. pulled it out, shipped the converter back and had it fixed and rebuilt to 1053 specs. while the trans was out I went through it and found the C3s a little burnt, all other clutches were good and I installed billet input and output shafts. Never even opened the VB as everything looked and felt good before the converter issue. Got the trans done, put it in, relearned and it shifted better then ever. made some hard street passes and all was well. Week later (not really drove in that week) it sets a P0762. Removed the VB and go through it and cleaned it thoroughly and made sure all valves were free. Reinstalled and took it down the road. Shifted good but had a slight flare going into i think 4th and 5th but cant recall for certain. then it set a E shift valve P2??? stuck code. Cleared it and it drove out fine again. Then during another hard pull it flared 3-4 or 4-5 and limped. set a p0735 5th gear ratio code.
Now question is,, do i or could i still have a VB issue or did I miss something during the tear down and build??
Thanks!

is the lack of responses due to insufficient info or just an indicator that everyone else is just as stumped as me????

If it is setting a incorrect ratio code it needs to come back out because a clutch is slipping, drop the pan and check for any clutch material , but even if there isnt any it will have to come back out IMOP , depending on if its the C2's or C-3's will depend on were to start searching for culprit.

I was afraid it was gonna come to that. I'm stumped since all my clearance's were where i wanted them,,, Possible a new clutch let go? It was pulling and shifting SOO good at first.
There was some junk in the pan but i choked it up to maybe debris that didn't come out of the cooler when it was flushed.
Thanks!!
