It appears that either I stripped a couple of the bolts or the torq did but either way I have some stripped bolts/bolt holes that mount the brace to the tailhousing of the tranny. Whats the best way to fix this???

I belive the threads stripped out of the case, not the head of the bolt rounded off
Correct, the threads are stripped out on the case. When I shift from fwd to rev I can hear/feel the slop even---at least I hope thats what it is. I'm not brave enough to get underneith with my wife at the wheel and I cant seem to convince anyone to get under there while I shift back and forth either.

I don't think those stripped holes would make noise oe cause slop.
I drove for a day with no bolts in all 6 holes where the brace bolts on and didn't hear any noises.
I'm pretty sure its my TC making the noise. I can grab the side of it and it seems to wiggle or flop more than the tranny is moving. It very well could be a U joint though also. I havnt had to replace one for a while, but they dont feel bad to me or have the classic rusty color coming out of the caps like ujoints going bad do.
