Tranny finally coming together

First off let me say steve i am sorry i lied to u. The c2 clucths are fryed. They are complety burned up bad.:rofl: All other clutchs has got a very light film of black on them but not very bad. Tranny should be in the truck tommorw. Any FDTC members going to the track this thursday.

We have ran into some problems. The trim valve i guess it not going in far enough the solenoid is not able to go into the whole. Are there any tricks of the trade with this??

your C3 clutches are fried too, I guarantee it. Who is building the trans? Can we se pictures?

Your Tranny is a very important piece of the puzzle. It opens alot of doors.Just make sure you do it right..

kurt If you tried forcing the valves in, pull them out and make sure they didnt get "flared" at all. The tolerances are very tight so it doesnt tak ea lot of forcing to make them bend and not fit. You just have to fiddle around with them and they will go in easilly and smoothly.
