Getting a 0841 a 1710 and a 1713 code when the truck is cold. One is a pressure code and one a reverse code and I believe the other a solenoid code. Would it have anything to do with the fact that I'm using a Lly range selector sensor on a lb7. Or are they the same. .?

Check fluid level first. If full; let it warm up for 2 or 3 minutes before you engage a gear. If it still does it, maybe pressure switch manifold, internal wiring harness, or even a NSBU.

Mike I asked about this last week. Do u think it's the fact that it's a lb7 in a Lly giving me the issue even though I tuned it with a lb 7 tune. If not were r the other two items u mentioned minus the harness located? After I got the truck up to temp it was fine. However u should not have to warm it up every time?
When it was throwing the codes it didn't want to go into gear and move

Not knowing what condition your trans is in makes it hard to diagnose. psm is bolted to valve body. Internal harness is inside the pan, and NSBU switch is bolted on drivers side of trans above the pan.

I got the Trans from a reputable guy in Boston from this site it is low mileage and stock. It looked real good. If the nsbu is the item that goes over the shift linkage on the driver side? I put the one from my Lly on this lb7 tranny. Will running the lb7 Tcm tune cure all the prob. Of the llb7 Lly switch. Everything was good till temps started dropping here
