Hey guys. Well I have been busy. Just purchased my first home and it has a nice sliver of land (1acher). Ive come to the conclusion that I need a tractor to move some dirt and yard maintenance. Ive found a reconditioned mitsubishi mt3201d with 227 hours fwd with bucket and new tires front/rear. I know its a grey area tractor but money is tight. I’ Thinking of buying it and keeping it for a year then selling it for what I payed. Its really clean. I guess what im asking is anyone have any experience with them? Any insight will help ill post a few pictures
