Traction control and Stabilitrac intermitent issues

2009 GMC 2500HD Duramax/Allison with 120,000 miles. Never abused and fully maintained. Drive doen the road and intermitent flashing and chimes for traction control and Stabilitrac. Cleaned and checked all grounds and electrical connectors including ECM. Is ECM bad? Where can I buy a rebuilt item or get mine rebuilt? Any thoughts would be welcome.

Possible wheel bearing? I know my buddy had issues and it ended up being one of his front wheel bearings going bad.
