TPS setting w/o GM fob?

Well I need to know is there a way to set the TPS without the GM key fob.

I have no clue where mine is nor do I want it unless that is the only way. Could a Tech-2 do it or what?

Well that sucks. This must be GM's way of making people buy the fobs from them they are over priced and crap. Hope my truck never needs a safety as it is law that they work here in Canada.
