My 2004.5 CCSB 4x4 LLY has a Suncoast 4, FASS 150, S&B intake, and boost and EGT gauges.

I currently have the PPE Hot + 2 ET set on Level 9 in it. I inadvertently left the programmer itself at a relative's house 1400 miles away, and need to pull a 5000 lb toy hauler trailer about 300 miles tomorrow.

What am I risking if I tow that weight on the race tune? If I keep the EGTs under 1200 or so, will I be OK? Is there anything else that I am at risk of breaking?

Thanks,

Bud

You will be fine. Like you said just watch your EGT's.

We towed Blue pulling Casper at combined weight of 26000 from CA to Denver CO. though Vail with a 500 HP without a problem.

When I was driving and I didn't want to watch the gauges. I put Blue in 4th with tow/haul and cruised right along :thumb:

You mean you guys don't race your tow pigs up hills against other guys? Lol

Pat raced a V6 Thundra up Baker Grade going to Vegas with 26ft enclosed trailer with the vette in side. Pat whupped them :thumb: I was telling him how to do it safely :thumb:

Thanks all! I am heading out in a few minutes.

I'll try to keep my foot out of it, for the most part...
