After 300 miles of towing with a mix of highway/country roads. 50/50 75mph and 45mph towing. Trailer weighs 6000 with the go kart stuff. prob around 7200 with the tractor. I had my 16 foot box trailer That is a foot taller than a normal box trailer. My b2920 kubota tractor in it some and the rest with my gokart stuff. Truck is setup with low compression pistons, stock cam, heads have BES race valve job, 60 over extrude honed injectors, dual pumps, S475 83 1.10 housing. Max pw is 1500. Max timing is 27*. Also run a labonte water meth kit with about 20% meth and 80% water. I got 11.3 mpg. I didn't think that was to bad. The turbo sucked with the wieght of my tractor in the trailer on a road that was rolling hills at 55 mph. Was very laggy. Really wish I had a 87 exh wheel to put in it. And upgrade the comp wheel to a billet wheel.

That's about what I got on a trip to Texas. I had a 14' enclosed with a 6' roof height. trailer and equipment weighed 10k. I got 12.5 on most tanks going 65-70 mph. I have a tighter housing than you and still had to downshift from 5th to 4th on the long hills.

Hell I pulled a 14,000lb 40ft offshore fishing boat from Mobile to north Bama, got 7.5mpg.
