As of late i've noticed my tow-haul and OD lockout wont work. I've checked the orange wire the runs down from the shifter and into the column. It's not broken. Now i cant get the cover back over the column. Damn plastic crap!! Is there a fuse somewhere to check? Thanks!!

I figured out how to get it to work. If i pull the shifter back and then hit the button it will work. Is it that hard to change the shifter?

Ya my tow/haul only works in park, in any other gear it won't. Haven't had time to pull it apart and figure it out.

Changing it is pretty easy. As I recall, it is only held in with one bolt, but it sounds to me like it is a broken wire.

haha this is funny, mine started doing the same thing last week. If it doesn't work I just pull it toward me an inch and hit the button. So far that is working. Must be a wire chaffed on something and grounding out.

On mine there were black rubbers that held the wire to the steering coulum and it was broke right next to that. I just soldered the two wires back together and put heat shrink around them and have not had any problems sens then.
