Sorry if this is a dumb question and i did a search and didnt find anything here. I was on my way home tonight from work and noticed when I pushed my tow/haul button, nothing happened. I have not looked yet but could this be something as simple as a blown fuse somewhere? Is it a sign of something bigger thats going bad? Never have put it into limp mode before. It has been rebuilt/upgraded gears and clutches/torque converter. Seems to be shifting fine and havent noticed anything odd so I dont know. Hoping its just a fuse issue. Any help would be great and if you need any more info just ask.

Thanks

I know the old body style trucks are bad about the wires breaking. Does anyone know if the new body styles have the same problem? My brother has a LMM that tow/haul is not working. I haven't had time to mess with it yet...

Yes, open up around the steering wheel. Put blocks in front and back of a wheel in the back of the truck so it doesnt roll away cuz it's easier if you take the whole shift lever out and work on it at a bench... You dont need to replace the whole lever...
