can someone help me under stand the values in the torque tables (torque limited injection quantity, base torque). i have bin playing around with those numbers and getting better shifts on my (lb7) tune. are those numbers a % or are they a fueling quantity. I also went in to engine torque parameters and raised numbers in half shafts, axle, prop shaft,T case, and peak torque. by doing these things i almost eliminated my Violante defuelling characteristic during shifts except for a little hiccup during 2-3 shift (motor sounding like its hitting a rev limiter be for it shifts). em i going about this right

base tq is the cal tq after shifting

TBIQ is fuel allow prior to shifting.

if they are not compesetic with each other you will get one of two things.
and these accore on parth throttle shifts
1. bigger defuel
2. shift spikes

me personally i only touch the foolowing rows and cooloums
b0741 554lb , 2000rpm everything to the right and down
b1102 90% 2000rpm same as above

b0741 rows are ftlb collums are rpms and the value is MM3

if you are commanding say 70mm3 off the b0727 (throttle based inj qua) and this table say 65mm3 the ecm will limit to 65mm3

it also looks at b1102 as the same time as well..

ok i got it. last night i was messing with this table thinking those numbers where % of torque the ecm will cut out during shifts . so my first run i decreased those # by 20% which made me learn quickly i was going in the wrong direction. I then increased them 50% which was too much fueling at shifts causing me to pitch side ways at WOT:eek:. so i ended up decreasing those # a little more and smoothing and i think i got it now through trial and error:D
