Torque spec for Crower Rods?

Anyone remember the torque spec for the Crower Rods? I can't find my notes.

75ftlb according to Guy Tripp.

I was going to say 75 but that was spec'd for carrillos. Wasnt sure if they were the same spec.

so according to guy tripp, carrillos are 75 as well.
