To Boost Or No?

Hey guys,

Just wandering if i would be better off running or not running the boost valve with my current set-up. I heard that when you're making more boost running down the highway that it negatively affects your mileage. Any truth to that? But i also do a lot of driving around town too. Any advice is appreciated:beer

The valve will only increase your peak boost. There will be no effect to boost in the cruise range.
