Was I breaking the rules with this thread? I was reading an old post that randomly came up in a search today about some people being kicked off DP for selling products when they weren't an approved vendor. If i was i sincerely apoligize, i wasnt trying to step on anybodys toes or go around them in any shape form or fashion, im only trying to bring innovations to the diesel performance world however pathetic my attempts may be im still trying:eek: I just hope i havent offended any of the vendors after you all go out of your way to provide excellent advice and great products at great prices. Please let me know what the rules and regs are on this matter. Thanks

Mike L. also commented on another thread referencing that thread so i kinda assumed the same thing but i dont want anyone to be mad at me cuz i rather enjoy talking with everybody on this site:thumb:

If Mike & Pat didn't feed you a pimp hand then your good to go.

What is frowned upon is refering people to non site vendors, when there is a vendor that pays to advertise on here & has the same part. I haven't seen anyone offering ramair setups like yours on here, I think your fine imop.

Honestly if i get it all working correctly and it test good then id like to partner with a site vendor to help me market it

I don't see a problem with your idea. If you become a vendor please don't put up gay flames with half page stupid pictures.

Not sure, i hadnt heard of anyone doing it. I got the idea from all conventional ram air hoods and the banks super scoop, i just dont like the way it looks hanging out from under the bumper, i like for my mods to look like they could have been oem equipment

Still need to test IAT and MAF improvements with efi live. I have a couple friends that have it but i just need to get time when my shedule lines up with theirs. Also im working on true scoops that drop in the bumper but i need to get an extra air dam that i can lay face up to make my mold. Im gonna hit the junk yards next weekend if i dont get any hits on here but im afraid they wont want to sell it seperately from the bumper.
