I am currently running 245/70/17 mixed tires on my 2007 Classic 4wd.
No lift on the truck and I do tow with it.
So the question is what size tire should I go with 245/75/17 or 265/70/17 or ?

Thanks

You can run the 265/70r17 on yours with no lift it's a common tire size for smaller trucks like Colorados and Dakota etc.
That tire size offers more sidewall and ground contact than the other size but the size difference of the tires in every aspect is no more than 3/4" larger.

265/75/16 Coopers with 27000 and wore out, thinking about BFG All Terrain KO2, any good?
My friends like them. I've never ran them tho. Toyo r/t's are really nice and they are 50k mile guaranteed I think or maybe 55k.

Toyos offer 50K on most of the 4 ply or heavier tires.
My MT's were 50K warranty
My wife's Toyo tires on her car were something outlandish like 60 or 70.

The dealership is really the person that makes a warranty happen. Les Schwab is a big dealership that warranties and so does commercial IIRC

Ya still a warranty on all the tires I buy. I wouldn't mind getting some military tires if they weren't so ugly my buddy got 100k out of his. Granted he runs 40s I think.

Last set on the work truck were coopers and we didn't get 25k out of them pieces of junk!
Bfg AT used to be all we ran but a couple of years ago they had some issues and we had 3 sets Blow... then we started a search for new tires :(
Ended up running all toyo and Love them!:thumb:
Have Toyo MT on my personal truck with 40k and 30% tread left:driving:
all 15 of the company trucks run Toyo At 2
And some of the family run Toyo HT and have no Complaints
All around Toyo has my Money for now until they Lose my trust like BFG did.... hopefully not anytime soon :roflmao:

I'm going Toyo A/T or Nitto Terra grappler on my 250. Have personally seen both go 50k on a heavy truck. Hell I put Toyo A/T on my mom's 4runner 5 years ago. She gave that truck to my brother and he's still running the same set. They've got to have 70k+ and still have tread.
I have lost faith in bfg too. Dad used to get 55k out of a set of the original A/T. Last set he bought were the A/T 2 when they first came out. They were done at 35k. Same truck same drive.

Cooper has really went to complete crap lately. I can't even get 20k out of a set on our old Honda. I've never liked bfg. Overpriced and over rated. Nitto or toyo has my vote

37's on 18x9?
The funny part is that I'm yet to see any military combat vehicle with more than 15K on the clock. We auctioned a bunch of shit off with a "low miles, clean title, one owner" slogan!

I'm not sure they're huge tho. I thought 40s but maybe not. They are good year I think I do know they're military surplus tires he gets at the junk yard for 25 a corner. He put over a 100 on a set. It's funny that none of those rigs ever have miles.
