Rubbing where? Why make a new thead and not use your other? I know a truck on 295s with 17x9 that's stock suspension with leveling keys.
If your asking if it'll clear your cognito knuckles it's a crap shoot.

Im running a 295/70-18 on a 18x10 4"bs -24 offset on Classic body with a cognito 4" with NO T-bar bolts, and I dont rub...before that I was running a 285/75 which I made ft with another set of wheels with leveled stock suspension and cognito UCA's
It all depends on what youre willing to do, how creative you are and if you can pull it off.
In your other thread you asked about using chains with a ift and custom whees etc...again, its probably something youre gunna have to tweak and figure out on your own. Im sure others can chime in but Personally, I havent had the need for chains in many, many years. The last time I used chains was on a semi and before that it was a rwd sports car....so I cant forsee ever needing them.
I have 295/70/17 trail grapplers on H2s and I'm just leveled (no keys) and I only rub when I'm at full lock backing out of the driveway.
