My truck is my daily driver/ weekend racer. I want to go to a tire a little more suited for the strip, and I live in SoCal so wet weather performance ain't really high on the list. Right now I'm running Nitto Terra grapplers in 325/60R18. I like how big they are, but I know there's at least a couple of tenths in a lil smaller tire with more street friendly tread. What do you guys recommend for an 18" rim that will be good for high performance driving. I'd like something at least 29" tall, and 11" wide. Thanks guys

options are limited for racing tires for us... My Toyo Proxes are phenominal for racing, I don't even adjust tire PSI just pull up and cut 1.64-1.68 consistanty. I run 275/60/16's they are 28.99inches

I'm thinking about doing Mickey Thompson ET streets in 305/45R18. Thats a 28.8 x 12 tire, and it should hook up and go.

Yep sure do. Mike L. stage 4 is going in soon, but right now I only limp in 5th gear. 1/8th mile track I never even see 5th gear

How hard do you leave with them? I haven't seen a street tire that i couldn't just blown them off. I have to stay under 10 psi or I have problems.

You might wanna get a centerlink and sleeves. And maybe lower ur torsion bars. You got crazy roll in on ur front tires. Thats never good..
