timing tables

what do each of the A, B, C, D, E tables do. i assume 3 are for high, medium, and low altitude, if im right, but what do the other 2 do?

Yes, they SHOULD...

Unfortunately, as I recall, they don't.

ya, they don't.... just say B is used most of the time in normal driving
