Help: Timing calculator

I have been trying to figure out how to use it but no luck. Can someone explain how to use it.

You copy and paste the appropriate tables from the tune you are writing into corresponding cells on the spreadsheet. Then Excel calculates the degrees of timing needed. You then copy and paste those cells into the tune. Its been a couple months since I looked at it, but those are the basics.

When ever I open it it has errors? something about a problem with a formula, then it loads with 700+ errors. Is this just me, or anyone else?
