Friend of mine was headed home from the farm machinery show tonight and he was going down the interstate running about 70+ mph then all at once the truck just died well he pulled over and cranked the truck back, it sounds like it is barly getting enough fuel to run at idel and has a loud ticking noise, give the truck some throttle and the ticking gets faster what could be the problem there is no smoke coming from exhaust the radiator hose is tight. and the truck does not have enough power to even move. any ideas all help will be appreciated and I will not be able to check the trouble codes until sunday
