Getting some Cooper Discoverer RTX in 265/75 16 on PY0 wheels (stockers) and I'm swapping the spare too (its the original 245).

Any thoughts on the wear etc. I'll be towing a big 5th Wheel and smaller cargo trailers. Have BFG now in the same size, but they don't seem to last and are loud as hell when new.

Thanks

If it's the same compound as the Cooper A/T's the you will love the wear. Mine still look like new even after smoking them off a few times. However that's the only good thing I can say about them. Snow/ice traction suck and pavement traction sucks for racing haha. I assume they run a nice hard compound.

Cooper makes good tires. I run a set on the wife's car and very happy with them. We run Hankook Dynapro ATM on our work truck. Great wear and they do great in the winter. God saved my butt this year towing a mini excavator on slick roads when the trailer started swaying. I thought it was all over. It's not a good feeling going around a curve and hearing the pintle hitch clanking. I was very glad the tires were fairly new.

I've been running the cooper a/t3 and have been super happy with them. I'll replace with the same one when the time comes

My dad just put a set of these on his half ton. A lot of people run them. I was told they were currently the #1 selling light truck tire.

I also have the discover A/T3 they wear very well w/ consistent rotation much better than the BFG's I had previously...use to buy the mastercraft courser A/T3 but it seems the cooper has replaced them @ the tire shops around here

I had a set of mastercrafts that were like this brand new, could not wait to get rd of them always had a vibration in front they could not get rid of, ran them down to lincolns head and replaced my tires with michelins vibe gone they told me i had a bent rim which ended up not being the case..
