Thinking about putting in an aftermarket third brake light. Just wondering if any of you have used products from companies other than Recon. Would like to go the LED route with a smoked lense. Also are the cargo LED lightgs good and bright?

I have an LED third brake light I bought on eBay. It isn't Recon, but I have no idea who makes it. It has LEDs for the cargo lights, but they don't do a very good job of lighting up the bed.
I hear good things about Recon. Good quality stuff. If you just want bright look into cree reverse bulbs. There is a thread on Powerstroke Army about them in Retro Solutions' thread. Theyre a sponsor. They are really bright at night. Even thru 10% tint I heard.

my buddy runs a recon 3rd on his lmm, its ok nothing to write home about, led bulbs in stock would look good
I bought mine from LMC truck. Didn't fit good but it looks the part and the seal was big enough it doesn't leak
